My favourite vintage dress by Givenchy

This Givenchy dress is far older than me :)

It is a red, silk dress with an asymetric cut. Wearing it makes me always 

feel so ladylike and feminine also I know that the pure red colour could 

also turn out quite unladylike too... Anyway it found its way to me

and I am very happy about it. Tell us about your favourite vintage pieces!!!

Herb Ritts a wizard of photography

Herb Ritts began his career as a photographer in the late 70's. Besides producing portraits and 
editorial fashion for Vogue, Vanity Fair, Interview and Rolling Stone, he also created advertising 
campaigns for Calvin Klein, Chanel, Donna Karan, Gianfranco Ferré, Gianni Versace, 
Giorgio Armani, Levi's, Pirelli, Polo Ralph Lauren, Valentinoamong others. I addition he directed 
numerous award winning music videos and commercials which we all watched and loved like the 
one with Helena Christensen for Chris Isaak. Social history and fantasy were both captured and 
created by his memorable photographs of noted individuals in film, fashion, music, 
politics and society. Herb Ritts passed away on December 26th, 2002.
